- You have the ability to list
up to 10 properties through the administration area. These
10 listings can be altered anytime the Agent desires (all or
any). You may also list additional properties based on the
package purchased. Please view pricelist.
- Each listing can contain up to
10 photos where each photo does not exceed 600px (longest
side of photo).
- Each listing must follow a
specific reference type. For example, if your company name
is RealEstate-Crete.com, you will be issued with a prefix of
CPA-. All listings will use this, so a listing referred as
VRD123 on your website, will have a Reference# of
CPA-VRD123. Please note that
only the prefix is mandatory.
- You may also present your
property in our partner websites www.rethymnoproperty.com
,
www.heraklionproperty.com ,
www.lassithiproperty.com
and
www.chaniaproperty.com
.
- Any requests from a visitor
concerning any of your property (through the request form
available on each listing's page) is handled exclusively by
you, as the email is only forwarded to a specific email
(belonging to you).
- Requests by visitors, made
through the "Assistance Form" can be viewed at any time by
the Agents. These requests will not display the visitors
contact detail, only the request material. If a specific
request matches any property available in
RealEstate-Crete.com or even in the Agent's database (or
company website), then the Agent can request to contact the
customer.
It is possible that more than
one agent, can request to contact the customer.
The requests are viewable by
following the appropriate link found on the RealEstate Crete
Community
ToolBar.

- You may at any time, submit a
Press Release (or company news), for posting on frontpage or
in news area. You may also post any new information in the
forum.
Remember the more you promote
your company via news/press releases, the more your company
is exposed to the public.
News can include, new
developments, new co-operations, changes in the company,
etc.
- You may take part in any
"Community Services" (forum, blog, etc), but are not
permitted to advertise any services or products through
these.
- If your company handles
additional services (apart for real estate / developments),
this can only be mentioned in your "Agent's Profile" area.
It cannot be presented elsewhere, unless it is a paid
advertisement.
- All listings are presented in
a specific order handled by our software. You may not
complain concerning this matter. You may however, request to
have your listing presented as a sponsored listing or use
our advanced "Top Listing" feature (both are offered at an
additional cost).

- Not all our services are
included in the mentioned cost. Please refer to the
appropriate section for additional services costs.
- The charge for using
www.RealEstate-Crete.com to display your properties is paid
in advance.
- You may stop using our
services at any time. In this case, you are entitled to a
refund based on the consumed period of services on
RealEstate-Crete.com.
Please note that we will not
refund more than 50% of the amount, as an initial cost is
used for setup purposes.
This written material can be
changed/altered by RealEstate-Crete.com at any time. For any
changes made, it will be mentioned on our homepage.
We reserve the right to refuse
any Agent.
We reserve the right to
terminate any Agent account, at any time.
